For one low rate, everyone in your family can be a member of the YMCA. Family Membership includes all family members claimed on taxes.

Metro memberships allow use of all YMCA's in the YMCA of Northwest North Carolina association: Central, Davie, Fulton, Kernersville, Stokes, West Forsyth, Wilkes, Winston-Lake and Yadkin.
